Went with a huge group of 45 people. We came from the Far North to see the beauty of Karelian nature. I was struck by the cordiality with which we were received. No hitches with resettlement, delicious food right there in the hotel, clean, comfortable rooms, delivery on excursions. Magic park hotel. Wonderful owner of the hotel, attentive tour guide.

I want to say that now the Kivach HOTEL has bought the entire building of the former Kivach HOTEL, on the lower floors there is a repair, on the upper hostel, and the hotel itself is ONLY the 3rd floor of this building in the city center. I liked the hotel rooms, clean, new furniture, comfortable wooden beds, laminate flooring, snow-white towels (1 bath, 1 for hands per person) there is a TV, always hot water. Responsive staff, thanks to them!!!!!! ! 1 child (on a folding chair) gave 1700r !!! ! In Kondopoga itself there are places where you can have a good lunch. I recommend it for an overnight stay !! ! There is a parking lot, a grocery store is nearby.

When, for various reasons, we were late for the ship that was supposed to take us to Solovki, and the bus had to be stopped 500 meters from the pier, since the gates were locked, Nadezhda literally ran at a run to detain this ship. On the way back, when we got off the ship and boarded the bus, one of our tourists discovered that his package was missing. Hope returned to the ship and found this package. We were told that there is water like this all over the city. . in general, you have to wash and brush your teeth with rusty, and even smelly water. We asked for heating, they gave us 2 pcs. for 7 families. They said there were no heaters. . What is called the dining room or place of eating. . Yes, I don’t know what to call this room. On the one hand, you have an elevator that brings people straight to your dining room and right there on the other side there is a staircase door. . you eat and there are people constantly walking around in outerwear.
