Reading negative reviews about the devastation in the village, at first they even thought about abandoning the trip,
but we decided to check it out for ourselves. In terms of devastation, I’ll say right away - in a terrible state they are great at the box office,
and dead batteries for rafts and boats, ruined paths to houses with protruding rusty nails - this is not buzzing.
And now for the positive. The dirt road is absolutely not problematic, even in a passenger car,
very positive signs along the way cheer up.
The staff are just darlings.
They wrote - the administrators of the fury - not true, very responsive girls, pleasant to talk to.
The livestock specialist has been working since May 9 - and already knows a lot, is hardworking and positive. What is the name of the pony could not answer
child - we nicknamed the pony "Cheerful". Horses, camels, elk - they all met us very cordially on the way to breakfast and lunch. Only raccoons smell very bad. .
The food is quite nutritious and delicious. The grass was mowed, and now the enchanting smell of mowed grass in the territory.
There are enough boats for everyone, there are many fishermen - but they are distributed along the banks and do not interfere with each other. We fished in a small pond. It pecked - but they didn't catch big fish, the weather changed.
Sleeping in houses is amazing - swallows and swifts chirp. Herons walk over the river.
We took a sturgeon with us on the road from a local sturgeon farm. Thank you, we liked it - see you again.

They took for the June holidays (from June 12 to 14) for 2 families (5 people) a lumberjack's hut. Objectively, I will evaluate the idea of the hotel and its execution as excellent - wilderness with fishing and hunting, far from civilization in an old Russian hut and with all amenities - it was not a pity for 2 incomplete days (arrival at 18:00 on June 12, departure at 16:00 on June 14) and more than 28 thousand to give. … More ▾ They took for the June holidays (from June 12 to 14) for 2 families (5 people) a lumberjack's hut. In the beginning, everyone was delighted - barbecue, fishing, etc. Trouble began when the electricity was cut off at about 2 p. m. on June 13. And I must say that water is supplied to the houses by pumps, so the water also disappeared with electricity.
I will not describe how we managed without a toilet, water and electricity until 8 pm, but after realizing that instead of the promised "all inclusive" for a lot of money, we get "all off", and that no one is going to offer us anything in return (and in there was light and water in the main building !!!! ), no one will take an interest - how we rest here, our women took the initiative into their own hands and went to the administrator. Having received an answer that it was the weather that was to blame, that these were temporary inconveniences (and we only had 2 incomplete days) and that no one owes you anything from the administrator Natalya Filina, they called the hotel manager. A pleasant sociable young man gave us 1 normal room by 21 o'clock, and the second one (family then 2) turned out to be shared - with a shared toilet, where cowards and socks were already hanging and drying. They refused it - and only by 12 at night they gave a more or less decent room (I note that the paid lumberjack's hut is equated to a suite), although with a lower category. We described all this in the book of offers (but it is difficult to call it a book - there is no pagination, not stitched, not printed, at least change every day).
Oddly enough, but during these twitching of blankets, the male population of three people managed to get hungry (I confess, my son and I love to eat, and dinner was not included in the paid rest program. Around 9-30 pm we were in a room, knocked out by overwork our women, ordered 3 portions of dumplings. An hour later, a friend went down to ask the administrator how our order was, but did not receive an intelligible answer. An hour later I left to find out about dinner - the answer was mysterious - the waiter had already left (where she went and why, it’s not clear - it was less than 1 minute to go to us), another 40 minutes later!!!!!!! ! they brought us dumplings (and obviously not freshly cooked). obsession.
Summing up, I can say that the rest was completely ruined thanks to the Soviet service. Only 1 full day of rest (evening 12 after the road and morning 14 before the road can hardly be called a good rest) was spent on sorting out relations with the administration, moving, waiting for dinner, thanks to which the mood for the whole vacation was completely ruined.
A wish to the owner of this wonderful place (and the place is really chic)
- fork out for a 50 kilowatt diesel,
- fire this terrible administrator (the second - Olesya - is quite responsive and adequate, it's a pity that they didn't hit her),
- oblige the manager and administrators to at least occasionally be interested in how your guests are doing, especially when all the amenities prescribed in the ticket suddenly turn out to be zilch (and it says that if the set and quality of services were not provided, then the customer (i. e. we) has the right for compensation - and when we offered to move out after long wrangling, but with the return of at least half of the amount (a little more than 14 thousand rubles), we were clearly given to understand that money was out of the question.
I would not recommend going to this hotel until you learn to respect customers there.
Konstantin.

Its territory is large, there is a hotel and cottages, which are made under the Russian village. There is hunting in the hotel, but everyone who loves outdoor activities comes there: there is paintball, horseback riding and snowmobiling. The huts are very comfortable, there is a bathroom, a shower and a kitchen. We were placed on Thursday. The furniture is simple but new, the linen is clean. The price includes breakfast. And you can cook lunch and dinner yourself or go to a restaurant. We came to wander in nature, so it suited us. Steamed in the bathhouse, walked around the neighborhood. There are two ponds on the territory, a zoo with deer, a camel and various furry animals. There is also a playground. You can order fishing, people dragged carps of a decent size. In general, for those who are tired of city noise and want peace and unity of nature, the hotel is ideal.
