About impressions: the queue for registration at the reception is huge, as well as for check-out, they stood for about 20 minutes. The room is cool, and some rooms do not have hot water. The third day here - no cleaning, no change of water bottles. The food is very monotonous and tasteless, there are not even cappuccino machines that are almost everywhere. The lines are huge for food! A bunch of machines do not work in the entertainment center: 5d, fly motion and some others do not work. And the most interesting thing: the water in the pool is cold, there is no jacuzzi, no hammam, the pool is shallow, there is no infrastructure in the pool, a lot of bleach, no waterfalls work. The hair dryers in the locker room blow cold air. Also, we could not find anywhere to buy food and drink (outside the buffet). That is, there is not a single bar in the entertainment center! The only bar in the reception building, and there is no food there! Beer on the buffet is paid! It's far from 4*. Everyone who came here is also indignant, they say it used to be better, but now the hotel has been bought by a new owner and everything has deteriorated.
