We love the Heliopark hotel chain and in Kaliningrad we liked their hotel very much. Interesting structure of the hotel, very nice inside, beautiful stained glass window in the restaurant. We had a standard 2-bed room, everything is decent, a small mini-bar, there are bathrobes. There was another bonus from the hotel - a visit to the spa area with a swimming pool. The breakfasts are delicious, a large selection. We did not find any cons.
