The resort was visited in September 2021. We were really looking forward to the holidays, we went in anticipation of a great vacation, because 5 stars, after all! BUT... We arrived at the hotel on September 16 at 13.00, we were met by a doorman in a beautiful red uniform, the girls at the reception immediately registered us, issued the relevant documents, we paid for the stay and went to the medical center, because the check-in is at 14.00. Great huge area. Well-groomed green spaces, sculptures, ponds, bridges - everything is beautiful and pleasing to the eye. Two large swimming pools with slides. The beginning is wonderful.
The first disappointment awaited us at the medical center. It turns out that since we arrived for 10 days, we are entitled to a minimum of procedures, namely 2 physiotherapy procedures: biotron and paraffin. All treatment. As the head physician said: breathe the air. To the objections that we could breathe air in any boarding house at half the price, and you, after all, a sanatorium, received an iron-clad answer: you are compensated, what difference does it make whether you are being treated or not! This is the attitude of the Chief Physician towards Gazprom employees. And it doesn't matter that people arrived from unfavorable climatic conditions of living and working precisely to improve their health. And to whom that they compensate her should not worry a priori. Bad communication. At the same time, I would like to express my gratitude to the procedural nurses, the ladies work hard, polite and attentive, there are many people, there are few of them, the equipment is also not enough for such a volume, hence the queues and nervous situations, but they try to please everyone.
What was our surprise when at 15.00 we were told that the rooms were not ready! Guys, they should have been ready at 14:00! The people in the foyer were tired, everyone flew in from afar, we were sadly settled in half at 15:30, some waited until 18:00. Service at the highest level! Moreover, they warned that it would be necessary to vacate the room no later than 12:00 on the day of departure, the delay for a fee, and the fact that the check-in was delayed does not bother anyone. Like force majeure!

We go into the room. Again, 5 stars. In all hotels, this implies a stocked bar, a kettle, a tea set, etc. But not here! None of this is in the room! Not that there is a full bar, there is no refrigerator itself! By the end of the second day it was installed, the kettle was also asked for. Tea had to be carried from the dining room. By the way, the hotel has a wonderful SPA center and after a sauna with a pool you want to drink tea. Tea sets were never provided. They used glasses. Plumbing in the room is old, shabby and worn out. There is mold in some of the seams in the bathroom. Everything is OLD. In June, we traveled along the Golden Ring, stayed in triples and quadruples, ideal hotels, you can’t put them next to this five. I am silent about foreign hotels. Room cleaning consisted of changing towels and soap sets. They changed bed linen once (boiling white, clean), they didn’t wash or vacuum even once, even in the bathroom, and it’s clear why - they don’t have enough maids, the reason is clear - they don’t pay staff, there is no one to work.
Now a restaurant. A beautiful room, champagne in the morning and a wonderful pianist playing the piano wonderfully. Breakfast is good, cereals, casseroles, dumplings, pancakes, standard eggs and sausages with sausages, cheese and cold cuts, cottage cheese, yogurt, dried fruits. Two coffee machines, decent coffee. For lunch, a couple of soups and be sure to chicken broth, hot dishes are varied, you definitely won’t be hungry. Fish dishes disappointed - defrosted mackerel, cod and haddock. And this is on the Black Sea coast! For dinner, hot dishes were supposed to be 100 grams of young cheap wine (red or white, to choose from), an additional portion for a fee. You cannot bring your own alcohol to the table. Ghetto. What pleased me was the fruits: apples, pears, nectarines, peaches, oranges and grapefruits, amber sweet grapes. In the evening, delicious watermelons and melons. There was no juice at all - dried fruit compote, hibiscus and diluted UPI.
A little about leisure. There are animators, they worked by the pool in sunny weather, cloudy - they only worked with children indoors. In the evening there is live music in the lobby. That, in fact, is all entertainment. We went on an excursion to the Old Park on our own, I recommend it. Beautiful and soulful. We went to Abrau-Dyurso, not impressed, the groups form just huge ones, they drive like a flock of sheep through the basements, they didn’t have time to get closer to the guide, they don’t hear anything.
One morning it was raining heavily, and we had no umbrellas for procedures (passes are not restored). There are only 25 of them for 600 rooms. The hotel worker said that normal people bring their umbrella in a suitcase. Yeah, and a kettle with a fridge too. We, crazy, thought that we were flying to the top five to rest.

We had such a vacation, a complete disappointment. The staff of the sanatorium said that on the whole coast there is such an attitude towards vacationers. It's a shame for the Krasnodar Territory and for Gazprom.
