As it turned out, people who, for some reason, did not have enough space at the Kuban tourist center, which is located nearby, are accommodated in this boarding house. Therefore, those who actually booked rooms sometimes get completely different rooms, sometimes with better, sometimes with worse conditions.
When we arrived there, it turned out that there was no standard room for us, we were settled in a junior suite. We lived there and rejoiced, but not for long. About a week later, the people who were entitled to this junior suite arrived, and we were asked to move to another room. Which, according to the conditions, was worse than the one we booked - there was no air conditioning. And in our ticket it was written, and even emphasized, that the room would be air-conditioned. We were looked upon as enemies of the people when we complained about the lack of air conditioning. Then they promised to deliver it by 12 days - but did not deliver it. We began to call our travel agency. What happened next, I do not want to remember. Scandal. They raised their voices at us. They accused us of having raised such a commotion here that they are now being called from St. Petersburg from a travel agency. In the end, they went and bought an air conditioner and put it in our room.
Because of this, the impression of the rest remained very negative, although everything could have been good if not for this incident.

Then, from the neighbors on the table, we learned that they bought a ticket to the Kuban camp site in a house with on-site amenities, but there was no place for them and they were settled here, in a boarding house, in a standard room WITH AIR CONDITIONER. Mess....
