Rested in 2012. Fairly good conditions for accommodation "economy" and "standard" at low prices. There were 2 kitchens. We lived in a "standard" room with a bathroom and air conditioning for 900 rubles for three per day. There were 3 more in the yard!!!! ! normal public bathrooms. And It's for 6 rooms! You don't see that often.

You don't see that often. The toilets are clean and dirty only by us, but at the same time, Dina cleans them both early in the morning and again in the afternoon. After 21.00 there was always silence, despite the fact that there were a lot of people. The washing machine was at our service. I confirm the comfort of living. For "economy" - this is generally a pretty decent level. We go not the first year and so do many. Recommend.

The yard is divided into several sections: a place where you can watch TV, tables, kitchens, a place for barbecue. The kids loved the playground. The yard is large, there is where to run. In the very heat, it’s quite cool under the roof. Sergey met us at the Starominskaya station, helped us carry the bags to the car and brought us to the house. Most of all we liked the cleanliness in the yard (special thanks to Dina for this) and the friendly atmosphere. Everything you need to eat near the house: stop, shop, market, video rental. Sergey and Dina told where you can go in the city and how to get there, and in general they will always help if anything. In general, we had a great rest. We liked everything very much. Since only 3 families are resting. We love it here! It creates a family environment. There is no flea market, noise, fewer children than on Mira 144. (There are enough of their own and life in the metropolis is tiring). Each room has a sofa bed, armchair, TV, split system, wardrobe, bedside table. In rooms 2 and 3 shower, toilet, sink. For room 1 the same thing, but located near the kitchen. Only they use it. The kitchen has everything a hostess needs: a table, chairs, a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, dishes, towels, detergents and many other little things that cannot be listed. . A big plus is that there is always hot water!!! ! We heard that other vacationers go to wash in the bathhouse, which is located nearby. Even when there are problems with water in the city, we have no problems. You can safely wash the children. Quiet, calm and close to the sea. Children are delighted that 10 minutes to the sea. walking step of a small child. You don’t have to go to the sea by minibus (they are tired in St. Petersburg). The depth of the sea also suits them (children 3 years old, 5 and 9 years old). And I'm not afraid for them. They have learned to float. And if we take into account that the youngest daughter has problems with her legs and it is difficult for her to walk long distances, then there is no better place for us!! ! This year the children came to rest as if they were at home. They are all familiar, all studied, tested. We were not afraid for them, because the yard was closed, and there was practically no traffic near the house. In the yard there is a place for children to run around on the ground, sunbathe, play - in general, relax, both big and small. Every morning a car came to the house with milk (with ridiculous prices for Peter), cottage cheese, butter (the most natural! ). Fruits and vegetables were always bought fresh from the market. Health improved by 150%. The market is 15 minutes walk from the house. But we come to swim in the sea, and not to walk around a large number of shops. And small grocery stores are 3 minutes. walk from home. Near the "dolphinarium", the water park "NEMO" and a beautiful embankment. We and the children really enjoyed going to watch the sunset on the waterfront. There are many attractions for children throughout the city: in Poddubny Park, Nikolsky Park, Gorky Park, on the embankment, on the central beach. Resting for 27 days, the children were not tired of being in Yeysk. Children began to get sick less with SARS, asthmatic coughing attacks, and even now the flu "pah-pah" bypasses us. And before the trip to the sea, they did not get out of the hospital. Having arrived from the south, the children, without asking us, are planning to rest with you again.
