From the moment of arrival at the sanatorium, first of all, he most likely got a rating of 4.8 from where, you just see for yourself, by the way, the photos for the most part do not correspond to reality (I'm talking about advertising photos of the sanatorium)! We decided to relax and improve our health with the whole family, bought a ticket and paid almost 150 thousand rubles for three adults for 10 days. Pecked at reviews and ratings. It all started from the moment you entered the room. We paid for a double suite (with an extra bed). They resettled us, three adults, in two single rooms, it turns out that all the Suites are occupied !! ! How can this be, it is not clear! The indignation at the reception did not lead to anything, a shrug and an answer that the Suite room will be free in three days and we will move you if you want. This is their approach to people who go to them and pay big money in the hope of a comfortable stay. A scandal is not a scandal, only smiles at the reception. Then we sat all day in the room, waiting for the doctors to be appointed to us as promised, they said wait, we will inform you.
The evening came, neither doctors nor referrals to doctors and, accordingly, we did not receive procedures that day and also could not use the indoor pool and everything else. no card... In the evening I went to make trouble at the reception, the answer was that there are many vacationers and they do not have time, but we will not return the money, understand us correctly. I'm just shocked! They took money, did not provide services. After the scandal, I was given a referral to the doctor, i. e. If I had not come, then no one would have looked for me. Not intrusive service I will say. Then the next day, the water is turned off for the whole day and they are asked not to use the sewer, to run to the toilet on the 1st floor due to the repair of the sewer.
On the same day, folding clothes dryers are taken from the rooms, when asked why they were taken away, the reception answered the order of the management, for security purposes. The management seems to care about dryers, they don’t care about vacationers, but here they are interested in dryers. Most importantly, then these dryers appeared in the Suite rooms (they stand on the balcony and can be seen well from the street). And it’s not clear, at the entrance a guy is sitting at a table with a magazine, they told him to contact him about the dryer (the lord of the dryers), he came up and said that there was no place to dry things after the procedures, he wrote down with a smart look and everything - he slammed his tablet without saying a single the words.

Until the end of the tour, we did not have a dryer. They dried clothes on doors, railings, etc. Why this small architectural form, endlessly staring at the phone, sits there at the entrance, it’s not clear (I’m talking about a young guy, I decided against the reception, he’s also the lord of the dryers). He probably gets paid for it. Even more outrageous is that this resort does not give a damn about vacationers! The sanatorium is undergoing renovations on the 1st floor in the dormitory and there is such a perforator festival all day long that the floor vibrates under your feet. Complaints to the reception without result, the director did not get through. And exactly at 7-30 or 7-45 in the morning every day, under the balconies of the sleeping building, an uncle walks with a gasoline wind blower and blows dust from the paths and foliage, such a rumble is just a nightmare. So the rise is provided to you at this time. They don't care that the children are sleeping and in general people have come to rest.
Payment at the reception for the tourist tax is taken only in cash, when asked why in cash - they say the management so ordered. Card payment is not accepted. Probably hide income and evade taxes. Documents for the tax deduction were redone three times, then they forgot to include checks for additional services for organizing treatment, then they forgot to put stamps, etc. The sanatorium itself, both outside and inside, needs repair for a long time, everything is shabby, old and ancient, some places look completely abandoned.
In general, the impressions are more negative, but why do we need negative vacationers, we pay money and not small ones and we want an appropriate attitude towards ourselves. We go on vacation for comfort, but we get dissatisfaction and the rest is spoiled and the mood and impression too. I would not recommend anyone to go there unless you want to be disappointed.
