Hello, November 4-5.2009 we stayed at the Crocus Hotel. We rented 1 standard room. What we saw is impossible to describe: the entrance door to the room was broken, there was no dark water, no heating, a hole in the wall covered with a magazine, there was no general light, smudges on the walls. The request to change the number was refused. Services for spa treatments were not provided, although this was included in the hotel payment and were advertised upon check-in. They refused to compensate for the lack of services. All complaints were included in the book-reviews. The photos were taken at the time of opening, now everything is in a deplorable state. The impression of the hotel and the service is disgusting. We will not be recommending you in the future.
