I left a charger for a cell phone in the room, called the hotel, warned that such and such a number, such and such a surname - they said they would clean it up, if you come again - we will return it. . And now March 2015 I am back in Grace. The charger was never found, though they gave someone left, I returned it later. This time, except for the administrator, everything was worse. . . much. . . firstly: constant crackling in the room, as if someone is walking and the floors are cracking (It turned out to be due to poor-quality installation of drywall - how did I find out ?? ? From an excess of humidity, the shower partitions begin to deform and make such sounds - I simply determined - it started after taking a shower). Secondly, there were many free rooms, but they settled in the next room, and since the partitions between some rooms (or maybe all) are made of the same drywall and, moreover, without mineral wool (which serves not only as heat protection, but also as sound insulation) I I heard everything about what the guest was talking on the phone, what programs he watched, how he went to the toilet and how he snored at night : oops:... slept. . . : cry: : cry: : cry: In response to my complaint, the admin told me that she settled because there were some problems with the septic tank and the pit was full. . . : -* Well, this is not a customer problem?? ? 8) And she promised that next time she would settle further away so that I wouldn’t hear anyone at all. Why should I next? : -| I am now with you, I now need elementary comfort. : -? Thirdly: breakfast - scrambled eggs with sausage and tomatoes for 180 rubles in total, though there was no sausage. . . The scrambled eggs were made from eggs, a tomato, and a wonderful, crispy shell on the teeth. . . : -x Calcium is useful, I do not argue, but not in this form. Probably everything. Of course there won't be a next time. An apology is when you stepped on your suede boots on a tram, and when you paid money. Moreover, relatively not small, well, not large of course, then there is only material compensation, but again, do not forget - We live in Russia. The declared quality and comfort definitely suffer, the photos are not bad. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IN ANY WAY! READ CAREFULLY!! ! NOT IN ANY WAY!! !
