The entrance is very dirty and old. Despite the fact that "no smoking" is written everywhere, people smoke on every floor. until you reach the desired floor, you will be stoned and smoked! I'm not exaggerating. My husband also smokes, so I'm fine with smoking. But it's really impossible to walk here! We were seated really quickly! Polite staff. The rooms are small. We had a double room. The room has a bed, TV, wardrobe and chair. All furniture is old. Soviet times. The curtains on the windows are not just old. They are greasy and dirty and shabby. There is no kitchen in the hotel. There is a table in the hallway. It has a microwave, a kettle, a small set of dishes (everyone didn’t have enough, but we had our own, so we didn’t care. ) and that’s it. Nearby there is an ironing board, a washing machine (washing for an additional fee. One bookmark, I don’t remember, but not expensive. Something like 300r). The hotel has 2 toilets. 2 soul. The hotel has about 10 rooms. The plumbing worked in the toilet. There has always been toilet paper. Everything is more or less clean. When we made comments about clogging or other breakdowns, they were immediately eliminated. There was often no hot water in the shower. But this shortcoming was not eliminated in any way. There was black mold everywhere in the shower, dirty tiles, sticky curtains, broken plumbing. The shower is so small that when you stand in the shower, the back or shoulder is rubbed with a film. The most terrible one. There is no changing room. The door has 2 studs. Administrators are kind and sociable, good guys and girls. But a couple of times someone came, probably an older one. And shouted at the administrators without embarrassing us. After all, we heard everything in the room. So he screamed. These were approximately the following words - "be silent, do not tell the client anything, he will come, he will not go anywhere, say everything they want to hear, no one needs your truth. " If we could make repairs and change the furniture and plumbing, the hotel would be wonderful. But we only slept in the hotel. They came at 22:00 and left at 8:00. Therefore, be tolerant. . . There is where to lay your head and that's okay. In June, a double room cost 1500 rubles per night.

In the shower often (from 5 days to 3 days) there was no hot water. And no one was going to fix it. In the shower, the entire ceiling is covered in black mold. There is no place for clothes. The door has 2 nails instead of a hanger. And the curtain hangs - slippery and dirty and sticky. . . brrr! There is so little space in the shower that if you stand with your back to the door, then this curtain sticks to your entire back. And if you turn sideways, then this curtain lies almost on your shoulder.... THIS IS REALLY SO!!! ! Administrators are polite and smiling. Thanks to them for the good attitude towards us, the guests! But there is someone else, probably an older one, so he yelled at the administrators a couple of times (at 8 in the morning). what all the guests in the hotel heard. The words were approximately the following "do not tell the truth. They will come, there is nowhere to go. No one needs your truth. Do not tell guests anything by phone. Etc. " !!! !
