Well, we decided to try our luck and settled in a mini-hotel of this network "Pearl".
To be honest, I expected less. The site of this hotel says that it is in close proximity to the metro station "Mayakovskaya - Vosstaniya Square". But I'm already used to the fact that where they write 5 minutes, in reality it turns out to be all 25. And here it is true - a minute - and you are in the hotel.
The hotel itself is located on the 7th floor, and I, already accustomed to bad things, was about to walk, but I saw the elevator in time, which, by the way, did not break even once during our stay!
The administrator Elena met us, took us to the room, gave us the keys to the room and the front door (if we return late, we open the doors ourselves).
Before we had time to undress, breakfast was already served to us. By the way, breakfast is standard - tea / coffee, though instant, but of high quality; porridge, toast, eggs, yogurt, cold cuts - in general, a normal regular breakfast.
During the 5 days of our stay, we met with another administrator, Olga, and the director of the hotel, Liana Alexandrovna. The impressions from meeting these women were the most amazing! Politeness, professionalism, desire to help - all this is visible in them at first sight.
As a result, we could not find a single minus of this hotel. Very convenient location (in the city center, on Nevsky), reasonable prices, excellent service, friendly staff, plus when we left, we were presented with a discount card with a subsequent 10% discount.
True, when we lived in a hotel, the building itself was being redecorated, so the first floor was quite dusty and there were scaffolding. But I think it's over now.
