Balcony. Everything is slightly neglected, but the main thing is that the shower practically did not work. The water was barely flowing, but it’s impossible to say that it doesn’t work at all - that’s why they didn’t fix it)
At the entrance, a Soviet radio on the wall with a big word of 3 letters immediately rushed... Immediately the question is - the number was not removed before that ? ! Although it was clean. I threw the receiver behind the cabinet)) Which, by the way, hung on one hinge (the door) and did not close. The sconces were almost under the ceiling and only one worked.
They cleaned the room several times, and they could enter when we were still in bed)) But they always asked if they would clean it up. In general, the staff everywhere complained about the small. z. p. (cleaners, canteen, etc. ), they can be understood, but we came to rest, why should we listen to this?...

That's basically all of the negative.
The food was ok. The cost was about 1000 rubles a day with accommodation 4 meals a day. In August there were very few fruits, and vegetables too.
Around - a forest with blueberries, a few meters from the building. Photos from the Internet, in general, correspond.
There is a private beach, "Fenced" by a rivulet. Algae was not removed and lay in huge piles along the beach. Even when they were cleaned 2 times, there were even more of them in the water, and stones were everywhere. Those. I didn’t even get to wander knee-deep in water. (
Around the military units and some kind of half-abandoned military-type boarding house. The declared territory is a forest, without any fences, etc. So, if you go far, you can meet guest workers building cottages nearby...
We did not use treatment, etc. , but there is a swimming pool, playgrounds, and "procedural" rooms with doctors. Animation for children on the street is good)
If you want to take a break from people and be in silence, then the place is good. And so there is nothing to do, just walk. Although even the movie was shown a couple of times))
