We are resting at the hotel for the second time. Already in the company of friends! Over the year, there have been changes only for the better! The same friendly staff, striking clean and green territory, varied, delicious food, renovated main pool! I liked the friendliness of the staff and animators! ! Beautiful sea , corals and a stationary pier! All problems were solved quickly and without delay! The child blocked the safe, after five minutes they came from the reception and resolved the issue, the refrigerator stopped cooling, they replaced it within 15 minutes! Thanks to the staff, everything is at the highest level! And more! Wi-Fi was installed in the rooms and throughout the territory! The speed sometimes slows down, but in general it's class! Special thanks to the hotel staff Ekaterina and Zhenya!.

I chose the hotel based on reviews on websites, Trezzini has a good reputation, so I chose it. The room is comfortable, spacious with a view of the Neva. Parents VERY liked the hotel, great for relaxing with the family, honeymoon, I would love to go with my boyfriend. I like the design of the hotel, the service, the food is wonderful and varied. Excellent service, very attentive and friendly attitude of all staff and wonderful cuisine. I was very pleased with the rest, I plan to come again in October. We had the Courtyard Suites. Although the simplest one was chosen for material reasons, it also turned out to be indecently chic. Everything is very solemn and pompous, as in a real palace. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay from a huge bed to a safe and cable TV. I liked the service, as if you were not in Russia.
