We stayed at the hotel in November 2016. We have never seen a worse hotel! Dirt, dead cockroaches in the bathroom, old, broken furniture, torn out sockets, broken wiring, stink in refrigerators, no ceilings and lights in the bathroom, a tiny bar of hygiene soap and nothing else, limited number of towels.

The boorish attitude of the administrator, who knows nothing and cannot solve anything. This is not a *** hotel, this is a low-end hostel! We do not wish the enemy to live in such a place, although close to the center.

Excellent value for money and quality! We ordered a sightseeing tour, we wanted to live in the historical center. I really liked the hotel, we were met wonderfully, settled in a 2-room suite. Bedding, towels - snow-white, changed daily! They cleaned the room every day. Internet in the room is free. The tour was ordered without food, so I don’t write anything about the restaurant.

Upon arrival there were no rooms available. Customers were rude. A temporary storage room was offered. The room is disgusting! Broken handles, no power outlets. Is this a hotel that, as you write on the website, you want to return again? That's not all! At the reception they constantly tried to deceive with financial documents, turn on half, then the whole extra day! I repeat that all communication was in an unacceptable tone and attitude towards the client! But that's not all! Yesterday, 06/18/2014, customers were asked to leave the hotel, because the reservation at the reception was lost, and other guests were already being settled in the room. Relevant reviews about your, so to speak, hotel "TOAZ" (from English "To Ass") will be posted on all major Internet resources dedicated to tourism and recreation. As many good people as possible should know about such a shameful, disgusting, completely unacceptable attitude towards a client!

We had a 2-room suite, the bathroom was not clogged, the towels were not full of holes! I am always outraged by the statements "rarely cleaned or towels were changed only 1 time in three days !!! ", dear tourists, do you wash towels at home every day or does someone else rub them in the hotel besides you ?? ? Not only is the hotel not 5 *, but 3 *, so consider its convenient location in the center, and not somewhere else.

We only had breakfast, maybe for the better, why do we need a full meal if you spend the whole day on excursions and return late in the evening. The hotel has a restaurant (at least they call themselves that) to put it mildly, not very. After previous visitors, the staff is too lazy to even brush off the crumbs from the table, and the cutlery is laid out directly on the tablecloth, on which your predecessors rubbed in front of you for who knows how many weeks or months. And all the dissatisfaction about this is our problem. When asked why there is no cold water in the room, we were asked to contact the city water utility for clarification, without disturbing the hotel staff for nothing, after all, there is hot water! The hotel is not responsible for the restaurant at all, there is another owner. Dear tourists and guests of the city!
