Good afternoon! We chose a hotel for a long time and, according to the description and location, we settled on this hotel. But the hopes were not justified. The quality of service is at the level of Soviet hotels of the 80s, the shower gel was knocked out of the staff for 3 days, the minibar was two bottles of Baltika beer, the towel was not changed after the spa, the phone did not work and they did not respond to our request until the very check-out, the heated towel rail did not work, dirty dishes in the corridor after ordering to the room lay for 3 days, the staff is not trained and speaks poor Russian. The price for breakfast is breathtaking, we don’t recommend lunch and dinner, it’s better to take a taxi and eat in the city (it will be tastier if not cheaper, for sure) they serve frozen semi-finished products heated in the microwave, this is an order from the menu !!!! ! There are practically no desserts in the lobby bar. Who wants to get a normal vacation for this money, I recommend the Ambassador.
