We were at the hotel from 22 to 26 May. We lived first in room 169, and then in room 340. From the pros: there is an amusement park nearby, comfortable beds and a small forest nearby. Unfortunately, that's where all good things end. . . We booked a room with a double bed, when we checked in right in the middle of the room there was another, smaller one (no one could explain why).

We booked a room with a double bed, when we checked in right in the middle of the room there was another, smaller one (no one could explain why). Asked - removed.
If you don't look closely, the rooms and the hotel as a whole look more or less decent. But this is all an illusion) Apparently, the repair was done by crooked guest workers from neighboring countries: wires stick out of the wall (probably there should be a lamp there? ), the handle in the bathroom door is not fixed and constantly fell out (is it so difficult to screw in 2 self-tapping screws? ), the refrigerator is in the closet , and generates more heat than cold... All the renovations in the hotel leave much to be desired . . Not comfortable, in some places there is dust and cobwebs...
On the very first night, it was impossible to fall asleep: the hotel stands near the road along which cars drive NON-BREAK ALL NIGHT WITHOUT MUFFLERS!! ! Moreover, 200 meters from the hotel there are 4 nightclubs!! ! All night you can hear music and screams of drunk people!! ! It was not possible to fall asleep with the window closed, because it is +25 outside and there is NO VENTILATION !! ! We went down to the reception, offered another room, on the first floor, but the receptionist immediately said: "It's the same here as you do, only from 3 o'clock in the morning trucks will also drive. " We are in shock. The hotel staff know what noise is at night, and do not warn guests about it. After we asked more insistently, we were moved to room 340. Music, screams and engine noise were almost inaudible))) Thank you
In the rooms, they only take out the garbage and change the towel (only if it lies on the floor)))
It is worth mentioning about the breakfast at the cost of 350 rubles per person - almost no one checks the checks that should be checked (who wants to can come and have breakfast for free))) The tablecloths on the tables are dirty, there are no toothpicks...
The parking lot is also not guarded, why do you need a guard? Raise the barrier for everyone? By the way, you can’t drive up to the front door, so if you have heavy bags without wheels, you will have to drag them on yourself.
All 4 days there was a huge number of children at the hotel who swept everything from the tables at breakfast (the staff was not in a hurry to replenish the distribution line with new dishes, they had to wait), and in their free time they rushed around the hotel and knocked on all the doors in a row, so the kids had fun (why half-asleep guard in the lobby??? )
It turned out that there were no slippers and bathrobes in the room. At the reception they explained that this is an "Additional service": a bathrobe (350 rubles), slippers (150 rubles), toothbrushes (50 rubles) FUNNY and petty on the part of the management!
The manager forbade coming to the hotel with a small dog (toy terrier, weighing 1 kg) and had to leave friends. Dear management, do you really think that a small animal can cause more nuisance than a club under the windows, racing cars and screaming children? ! Not to mention the repair (more precisely, that parody of repairs), for which the manager was apparently so afraid.
When we left, no one said goodbye, the rooms were not checked...
ALFA BANK DID NOT MAKE A DISCOUNT (the discount should be 10-15%) There are also no advertisements for this promotion anywhere. We will call the bank to slow down the hotel, this is not a compliance with the contract.
We will definitely not come back here and do not recommend to anyone.
