Our choice of this particular hotel was made on the recommendation of friends who liked the location of the hotel, neat and clean room, good breakfast, which was included in the room price. Unfortunately, we were not lucky with the number. Having booked a room 1.5 months before the trip, since the trip was supposed to be in the "high" season, the room was a standard double room with a normal shower, we received a reservation number, and unfortunately we calmed down on this, without clarifying the details.
3 days before departure, they called us and sent us a receipt asking us to pay for the first day, but when we called the hotel to clarify the amount, we were surprised to learn that they never pay like that! and our double room turned out to be a single! We were offered to look for another hotel, or the opportunity to move from room to room every day of our 5 days trip! Then we were told that in this room everything is exactly the same as in a double room, and there will be two beds. Upon arrival, we found ourselves in a small room where foam rubber was pouring out of mattresses, there was no shower, there was a drain in the floor, a shower head hung on one nail and watered only the wall, dirty curtains, which, when trying to close them, came off and remained in the hands. Room cleaning consisted only of changing towels and soap. The breakfasts were good and varied, but when trying to dine in this restaurant, we waited for our order for about 50 minutes. Next time we will try to find another hotel
