Didn't like the hotel very much. Met a very unfriendly woman. In the morning they came, threw their bags so as not to walk with them, because. it was still early and the rooms were not free, we returned to the hotel late at night, this woman gave me to fill out questionnaires with a detailed description of herself, up to the place of work and position, WHY ! ! at 2 am!! ! They started paying, they didn’t have change, they sent US to the store to change money, they won’t let us check in otherwise... at 2 o’clock in the morning... horror !! ! The room is normal, but the bed was terrible, we slept on the springs straight, they seem to be so squashed that they feel very good. As for hot water - this is a separate issue. At first there was ice water, she went and asked if there was water, she yelled, said that there is, it needs to be drained. After half an hour of draining, she went to bed tired. In the morning I also didn’t wait for it to merge... in general, the service sucks, I will never go there again. The location also turned out to be very far from the center and about 30 minutes only walk to Nevsky. There were a lot of hotels in the center and better and cheaper. Incl. I highly recommend not going there!
