The staff is not friendly, there are walls, windows, doors in the room. the carpet is dirty and for 5 days the room was not cleaned even once! The water stinks and you have to wait a long time for hot, a 30 cm sink is more like a washstand, not a washbasin! the shower flows straight to the floor and the dirty short curtain doesn't save anything - the whole bathroom is wet! Elevators break down, and if they go, they go where they want, and not where you need to. In the restaurant, breakfasts are meager and monotonous, we never even got cupcakes, and if we ran out of sausage and cheese cuts, we were in no hurry to add them, and by the end of breakfast time, there was only bread left! in general, the whole impression of St. Petersburg was blurred because of this hotel. Of course, I will still come to the city on the Neva, but not to this hotel.
