This is about the hostel "Piter" in St. Petersburg on nab. Bypass Canal, 147. Yesterday I wrote my review on their page in Vkontakte, and I was blacklisted. I moved in on January 3rd, 2014. They didn't even bother to clean the room, they didn't even bother to change the bed linen after previous visitors, or at least put a pile of fresh linen on the bed.

The floor has not been washed for a long time, the TV and the bedside table are covered with a layer of dust. The mirror is dirty, in muddy stains. The electric kettle is terribly dirty and stained. The faucet for washing is broken, it is not clear how it still holds on, in order to wash you need to hold it with one hand, turn the valve with the other, and water constantly drips from it. The door on the inside is also covered in some kind of brown spots. The "nice girl" administrator, who is not taught to speak normally or apologize, does not sit at the post, but sits in a closet opposite the post, where she apparently sleeps, because she always looks sleepy when you enter the hostel - she leaves the closet when you call on the internal phone - does not pick up the phone for a long time, then answers in a sleepy voice. So this “nice girl” didn’t even apologize to my claims, but said: “We don’t have a hotel, but a hostel, read on the Internet what a hostel is, if you don’t know”, apparently it was implied that the hostel should be dirty. And she said: "Do you have a menopause or something? " And her words: "Go look for a 2.3, 4.5-star hotel, whatever you want, and live there"
