pros:
- really very conveniently located - railway station, Nevsky prospect, Fontanka - everything is within walking distance
- good breakfasts: buffet, everything is delicious
minuses:
- double comfort, despite the high price, has many drawbacks: the windows are closed tightly, there is no ventilation: you had to leave the door to the corridor ajar for ventilation
- no soundproofing
- there is no hallway in the room; nowhere to hang coats
