The report was written in early January. But due to known events it was not possible to finish it in time. And now some information in it is outdated. But not the point. I think that in general the details do not greatly affect its content.

The business trip to Obninsk, Kaluga region, was announced in advance, but without specifying the dates. And just before the New Year, it became clear that we will have to leave soon.

However, on the evening of January 3, after reading a line on TV that "running" that Ukrainian citizens will need a passport to enter Russia (my validity expired in the summer), even calmed down - they say, well, why am I there, in Russia, I have not seen. But, as it turned out, we will be allowed to enter Russia with foreign passports from 01.01. 2015, and therefore, there are no obstacles to the trip - "mustache, paws and tail" can be presented on the Ukrainian document.

By the way, about the handwritten filling of the Ukrainian passport - this is exactly what I have, but there were no problems when crossing the border, neither the way there nor back. I accidentally noticed this when I returned home.

So, on the morning of January 5, we were already on our way.

After passing Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Chernihiv regions, at about 8 am local time, we finally got to the "Three Sisters" - a customs crossing, where Russia, Ukraine and Belarus merged in close arms (that is, in this place you can from any "sister" ”). get into any other.

It is very good that our "steering" in previous trips stocked up on all the necessary documents, such as migration cards (blank) and the same declarations for the car, as well as "goats" to fill them. Therefore, unlike many, we once stood in line at the dream window - to submit already completed papers.

And the people, who are unaware of such "cockroaches", first defended the queue to get the papers, then - to fill in correctly, and only then - to present them.

In general, crossing the border is somewhat reminiscent of the famous reprise of "Rabbits" (where the skinny "Rabbit" depicts a Russian customs officer, and plump - Ukrainian, and ours throws seed husks on the territory of the Russian). In life, they and customs zones looked about the same.

From our side (Senkivka crossing) there are low fat customs officers, the territory is very well-kept, but as usual, first the godparents and matchmakers pass, and then the rest.

The post of customs control (literally written "ст ost… azhe… ogo control" - just a few letters flew around) on the Russian side is called "Little Yurkovichi".

Everything is somehow gloomy and gray on this "stop": the wind blows the ragged state flag, citizens of different countries look in surprise at the unpainted (without the lower blue stripe) flag of the Russian state on the canopy covering the strips of customs corridors (sorry, I drifted his photographer on the phone) . In addition to cars, 2 more necklaces applied for entry into Russia - one with Moldovans, the other - with Bulgarian license plates. Even then, in the suburbs of Moscow caught the eye of many workers of non-Slavic appearance.

At the border, a Russian customs officer was pleased to offer to go to that pavilion to pass passport control. In the simplicity of my mind, I walked to the visible brick building with a covered porch. And no, the blunder came out.

The "pavilion" of imperial scale is called an ordinary single customs booth, like those that used to sell pies (it is still closed by such complex horizontal rates).

Klintsy, the first refueling on the Russian side. Since we can say without eating at night, and I am a small bird, but terribly voracious, we decided to drink coffee and have breakfast.

Shop-cafeteria "Sunflower" (it's like our Sun Market at WOGe): borsch - 55 rubles. , Cappuccino - 65 rubles. To make it clearer, our money should be divided by about 4. That is, borsch is about 14 UAH. , cappuccino - about 16 hryvnias. But a liter of 95 gasoline - 31 rubles. (7.75 (!!! ) UAH - that's where the improvement is, Krivosys! ).

Remarks especially for Russians: we have 1 liter of 95 costs UAH 11.50. (In rubles about 46 rubles. ), And 95-Pulse finally 12.30 UAH. (In rubles about 49 rubles. ).

Krivosys is our prime minister, who speaks Ukrainian fluently, and in one of his old interviews branded the previous bloodsuckers a disgrace to the authorities, in his interpretation - "Krivosis" and "predecessors", and weekly tells us about the improvement. ) economy, which in his opinion is a personal merit of him and his cabinet).

Well, not a word about dragons.

We only came across gas stations on the way, Rosneft, less often Neftika, even less often Gazprom and Shell. There are no familiar "Okko", "WOG", as there are no gas stations or just roadside cafes. And even just drinking coffee is not easy: at the first refueling there was no water, the next ran out of coffee beans, the third - there was everything but milk. They laughed that coffee came out three in one: at the first refueling you had to ask for coffee beans, at the second milk, and then at the third to brew it all and finally get drunk.

And when they returned the next day - the water was not delivered to the first gas station in Klintsy (2 days! Normal? ).

In my opinion, in general, our "roadside" infrastructure is much better developed. There are many places where you can have a decent and inexpensive snack and rest on the road. You will never find samsa or chebureks at our gas stations. But such wonderful donuts for 13 rubles.

, hot and with powdered sugar - it's a pity you won't find it.

Even here (sorry for the spicy detail) "refueling" water toilets are definitely better because they are cleaner. Here - small, narrow, and, sorry, smelly, as happens only in long-distance trains.

We go through the Bryansk region. Landscape outside the window - nothing outstanding, except for snow (we do not have), signs like "Kolhosp im.

Lenin "(we have no collective farms for a long time, no such indicators), herds of horses (huge, I've only seen such in the movies, we even have a herd of cows of this size).

Klimovo near Bryansk - as in Chernihiv region, wood-paneled houses. Only in Ukraine this has not been seen: houses with plastic windows, and above the windows - carved wooden platbands! Beautiful! Someone has to be able to cut them. But plus the residents themselves are thrilled to decorate their homes with them, apparently, this is a local tradition.

In general, it is a trip by car gives the impression that yes, the great mother Russia. Just like in "Love": Russia, my Russia, from the Volga to the Yenisei. She is huge. Went-went-went, and all - Bryansk region. Not an area, but a tax; ).

Patriotism, even in small: wells, or rather canopies to them, painted in Russian tricolor.

Still: even road signs are strict and uncompromising: “Driver!

Keep the roads clean! "We have a gentle and kind: " Thank you for the cleanliness of the roadsides! »

I can't say anything specific about Russian roads. While driving "there" - for some reason it seemed that "they" - better. On the way back, and having already entered Ukraine, I decided - that seems to be the same. They are only much darker. In the morning at 10 o'clock it is still dark, in the evening at 17 o'clock it is already dark.

Soul nuts there (or gibededeshniki - trash, chesslovo, and do not say). We forgot to turn on the headlights after the next stop.

And since it was already dusk and the "plum shork was smoking on the nave" and, of course, it was time to light the lights, our mistake could have cost us some Russian or other money. But the good uncle GBDdeshnyk did not choose his fellow Slavs, graciously wrote a protocol with a warning (! ), And let us go with the world.

In general, I liked people the most in Russia. They seemed to me different from us.

They are simpler (in the best sense of the word). I don't know how to explain it more precisely. The most appropriate synonym is bezpontovy. Everything is a gas station worker and the owner of a large "water" plant. Everyone is calm and friendly. You will not see as many gloomy faces on the streets as we do. Yes, apparently, and they are not all as we would like. But in general, the Russians are somewhat balanced, in my opinion, even, sorry to say, a little pofigists in a good way.

Maybe about the gloomy faces - this is indicative of Obninsky, where we went.

After all, the first Russian science city.

There was nothing special to write about Obninsk himself - there was no time to see the city. They solved their problems and went home. However, as a shopaholic maniac (or, as my friends say, a shopkeeper), I received a fascinating tour of Obninsk Trade.

I was happy for myself and my companions, knowing from experience how to calm a girl's heart so that they (heart and girl) in part of the way to show fun, gentleness and other positive qualities: f).

Summarizing the above, I note that if you travel (as well as me) it is important to be able to periodically make a stop, stretch your legs, drink coffee, just relax - be prepared for the fact that in Russia you will not be able to do so often, as I would like and as you are used to in Ukraine (well, maybe we were just unlucky). Just in case, bring a large thermos of tea and coffee.

Be prepared for the fact that snacks like the ones we can make in "A la minute" will definitely not be here. You will not starve, of course, but we are much better off with it.

Although "Warsaw" is also a federal highway, the traffic is mostly one-lane, rarely two lanes.

It is difficult to overtake, long-distance fighters are not too inferior to the road, and with their cruising 90 km stretch as if nothing had happened, blocking the road and the review with their stern. It was raining on the day of departure (January 6). Dirt from under the wheels of cars in front + rain + headlights of oncoming cars - all this upset, of course, and complicate the way home, but all the troubles were successfully overcome, and at 20.00 Ukraine we were already entering Chernihiv. And, of course, the "smoke of the Fatherland" was "both sweet and pleasant. "
