Great hotel! It was recommended to us by friends, and my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by its appearance and beautiful lobby. We did not expect to see this in Astrakhan. I was pleased that the staff was very friendly and helpful. I really liked the restaurant with its chic Swedish breakfast, and in the evening there was a pleasant cozy atmosphere at dinner, the pianist played on a white piano, delicious dishes, excellent service.

Dear visitors!! ! Al Pash Grand Hotel a la Dagestan is a terrible place!! ! And "5" stars does not correspond!! ! This Hotel (loudly) has no money, not to mention expensive anti-icing preparations, for ordinary salt, for 5 kopecks. Going down from their parking lot, you feel high in the mountains!! ! But we are not in the mountains And in the famous Grand Hotel! ? And today I almost said goodbye to my life! On April 27, at about 17:00, my wife and I visited the spa center of the AlPash Hotel. Had a terrible experience with this establishment. The pool policy states that you must wear swimming caps in the pool, however, not a word is written about gender discrimination against women in this spa. In fact, in the pool, the requirements are different in relation to men and women (apparently due to the characteristics of the persons who organized this supposedly five-star holiday).

On April 27, at about 17:00, my wife and I visited the spa center of the AlPash Hotel. Had a terrible experience with this establishment. The pool policy states that you must wear swimming caps in the pool, however, not a word is written about gender discrimination against women in this spa. In fact, in the pool, the requirements are different in relation to men and women (apparently due to the characteristics of the persons who organized this supposedly five-star holiday). Men were swimming in the pool without caps (they were not at all devoid of hair). My wife was rudely asked to wear a cap on her head, because "they" have such rules that women must swim in caps. The hotel administrator could not present these rules in printed form. But when we did not allow them to show their discriminatory rules against women, demanded a refund for services not rendered, the administrator in a rude form using boorish expressions (and this is the level of the hotel) told us to get out of the hotel and never even close to don't fit him. They refused to return money for a spoiled vacation, even for unused time - we left the pool after 30 minutes, and paid for 2 hours of services. If you respect your honor and dignity and do not go to experience a discriminatory attitude on the part of the "owners" of this institution, we advise you to bypass it.

Well, then no one stood there with a ruler, and the length of the hair of some swimmers clearly exceeded 10 cm. And additional information - the next day we called the hotel management, the deputy general director Evgenia introduced herself to us, in a conversation she confirmed that there are rules in the spa, separately for women and men, there was no talk of any 5 cm. Deputy Gen. the director did not find a problem in this matter and considered the actions of the spa employee to be quite adequate. There was no mention of any compensation. All this confirms the "friendly" attitude of the administration to the guests of the hotel.
