Просто кошмар!!! Just a nightmare!!!

we had to rest through the tour agency "BEACH", they offered me this guest house. Rooms of course with TV, air conditioning, refrigerator and bathroom, BUT!! ! refrigerator - nothing holds in the doors, all the holders are broken there, you open it and food falls out of the door, TV channels do not really show, the air conditioner is hung so inconveniently that it leaked through us all, and then we ourselves decided to rearrange the beds so that at least not it blew on the children, there was no dirt on the floor, huge layers of dust, we had to clean it all up ourselves, we barely got the vacuum cleaner from the cleaning lady, the vacuum cleaner, as it turned out, didn’t really work, it brings more dirt. The rooms are all dirty, the rugs are all so filthy that they just smell like nothing!! ! In dignity. the node is also all dirty, in some places there is a fungus, apparently no one has removed the cobweb since the very opening. Basically a nightmare!! ! The kitchen is also not equipped, there are no utensils at all. . For such a big house, for so many families, there are only 3 pots, 2 pans, there were never enough plates, no ladles, no openers, no knives, more precisely, there was one and that one was all "poked", did not cut at all, even sometimes I had to go to another house and take it there. Upon arrival, no one even offered us WI-FI, we ourselves, purely by chance, found out from the people who rebuilt the 3rd floor there. There is no service, is it really impossible to take care of vacationers and create comfort !! ! The hostess' children always go around and behave so inappropriately, even with adults, as if they are the owners, and we accidentally entered. I don’t recommend this guest house to anyone, there are no amenities, I want to come and relax, but it turns out some troubles, although there should be basic things. Marina, the hostess of the house, is always somehow dissatisfied, when you need to ask something, you will never find it! THERE IS SUCH THINGS OUR HOLIDAY WAS SPOKEN!! !
