Разочарование:( Disappointment:(

Firstly, when booking a room, they indicated that the room had a balcony. As a result, there is a balcony, but purely formally, because its area does not allow even a mini clothes dryer to be placed there. I asked for a rope to somehow dry things, but there was no rope in the hotels either. Tin! There are no maids. Three days passed, the room was never cleaned!! ! towels were not changed!! ! There is no kettle in the room. But at our request, they brought it to us, but drinking tea from such a teapot is dangerous for health (a terrible smell of plastic and a terrible plaque inside !!! ). Apart from glasses, there are no utensils in the room. There are no free sockets in the room. There is no mini zoo, only kittens in a cage. There are no children's buckets, shovels in the hotel either. In general, we have been here for 4 days and so far everything is far from wow : ( It's a pity. We will not recommend this hotel to our friends. P. S. It's good that the weather is at least good : )
