In general, the impression of the hotel is not bad in accordance with the cost of living. There is also a self-catering room on the ground floor. Did not like the deceit of the hostess of the hotel. We previously transferred 4.000 rubles in advance by mail for 2 days. By phone, the hostess said that the transfer to the hotel and back to the station is at her expense. In fact, the transfer turned out to be paid - only 800 rubles. We also discussed in advance by phone that we were arriving at 3 am and would not like to pay for some 4-5 hours as per day, for which it was promised that they would check us in earlier for free. In fact, we paid for these hours as for a day. Also, for the fact that we moved out earlier, we were additionally charged 2.000 rubles, but this is understandable, no complaints. Also, do not take a room with windows on the bus station, behind which the hotel is located. . We lived on the 4th floor and in the morning we were awakened by the voice of the dispatcher - double-glazed windows did not help, plus exhaust gases, but it's like that. I made this conclusion for myself: to come and look for housing on the spot.
