Large fenced yard
own beach next to the pension
own dining room according to the buffet system, children's menu: cereals, high chairs for the little ones.

Animation every day, children's contests/disco in the evening.
Minuses:
There is no hot water, it is cold, warm only if no one uses it
Immediately upon arrival, we went to the bathroom and could not wash ourselves from the road - cold water. Not the point!
Regular water/light cuts
Reception staff, or rather their attitude towards tourists
Non-ceasing music after 23-00, even with windows / doors completely closed, especially for children
Plenty of vendors on their own beach
(in Evpatoria this was not the case in family boarding houses, although the price level there is not the same).
On a seemingly private beach - everything is paid.
Many different flaws that spoil the mood
(somehow: a normal room, but a sagging cheap mattress with springs).
There is almost no internet. WiFi is available only at the reception
Cellular is weird, communication breaks (checked by MTS).
Low price/quality ratio, one word - Russia. . .
