People are just guards!! ! What's happening this year is just awful! The hotel died before our eyes!! ! This year my wife and child and I went to rest there for a month and a half! We've been coming here for three years! We are just furious! They booked the room right away, but when we arrived it was booked and they gave us another one, our disputes did not lead to anything, but when we entered. . . we are just sorry for all the money spent, the room was disgusting, three times worse than booked!! ! Let's start with food, in June three waiters worked for four hundred people, they fed terribly! A month later, more staff were added, but the conditions became even worse! It was hot in the dining room and the food was rotten, the food was not tasty and that's putting it mildly!! ! The pool blooms and stinks and no one cleans it, there are no lifeguards !! ! ADMINISTRATORS LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING!! ! The playground is disgusting!! ! Children do not know what to do, they do what they want and therefore there were many incidents!! ! THERE IS NO ANIMATION!! ! They don't want to work! The program starts at four and constantly this darts and so on until six, and then the evening program for children is so disgusting and disorganized, there are no discos and adult programs (there is no truth, and it has never happened in a month) they said that the hotel saves on everything and the staff itself run from there! PEOPLE THIS IS ALL TRUE AND EVEN WORSE!! ! If possible, rent tickets, do not torture yourself and loved ones!! ! PS We wish our favorite hotel to be at least one-fourth better than last year!! !
