Upon arrival, instead of the booked room, we were settled in a damp dressing room of the sauna with one bed (apparently intended for relaxing with prostitutes) for a WHOLE DAY, because our room allegedly had not yet been vacated.

Upon arrival, instead of the booked room, we were settled in a damp dressing room of the sauna with one bed (apparently intended for relaxing with prostitutes) for a WHOLE DAY, because our room allegedly had not yet been vacated. So apparently the owner earns extra.
Subsequently, the dressing room was not empty - arriving people were constantly settled there, and even with children (some lived for more than a day). We did not receive any apologies or recalculation of payment, and the rest, probably, too.
The holiday was ruined immediately and irrevocably.
All the photos on the sites are old - everything is completely different. Terrible unsanitary conditions everywhere. There is a mess in the yard and it stinks terribly from the supposedly pond with turtles, there are a lot of mosquitoes.
The common kitchen is a worthy decoration for filming a horror film - stink and garbage. Almost no dishes. Of the equipment, the microwave and kettle are veterans of the 90s (decrepit and yellow from the inside, like the tusks of a Yakut mammoth with stains of dirt and old fat).
Intestinal infection for the whole family was reliably and guaranteed (everyone was seriously ill for several days).
The rooms are all dead. And och och small - to the walls from the bed in all directions a maximum of a couple of steps. Although the rooms are clean and there is clean linen (well done maid). There were no sockets in our room. But there was a system of extension cords and tees, which entangled everything like a cobweb (and we are like spiders there) - apparently the wiring burned down (hello to local fire inspectors).
All plumbing is leaking - rags are carefully laid out in the toilet to collect water. When we were in the room, a maid with a plumber shamelessly broke in and began to cheerfully state that everything was rotten and everything needed to be changed. Again, without apologies, everyone cheerfully retreated. This is such a warm family environment.
The furniture is also dead. Closet doors are neatly placed next to it)))
Particularly pleased with the transparent door to the toilet in the room. Very convenient - you can immediately see what is busy and at what stage everything is happening there.
Especially about the owner. He promised to cook delicious trout on the grill, at the same time demanded money for it in advance (otherwise there was a case, they refused to take the fish and then we should have backed up, but... ). By the deadline, instead of the promised one, just fish from the oven was slipped + a couple of glasses of the cheapest local powdered wine. It turns out that he did not heat up the brazier because of us. No apology, no money, respectively, and traditionally not attached. So apparently the owner earns extra again. By the way, after us, the mother and her daughter stepped on the same rake in a big way. The faces of these lovely and intelligent women were probably the same as ours (thoughtful and slightly crazy from such a brazen deception). And so it is with everything. . .
A beautiful sea, an amazing climate, but everything turned out to be hopelessly spoiled by the attitude of the owners of this charitable establishment towards the guests of the resort. And + long live the famous and vaunted Armenian hospitality.

We went yesterday, two adults and two children. When booking, they stipulated that the room had a double bed - to sleep with a small child. The second child sleeps separately. As a result, there are 3 single beds in the room, it is not recommended to move the beds....Breakfast - 2 unsweetened croutons and tea.

And so we ended up in the third terrible building, there is no territory at all, the place is very passable, noisy, a constant stream of cars and very dusty, there is a 24-hour grocery store nearby. The room is small, the floor is white tiles, the balcony is so tiny that there is only enough space for one person. Of the furniture, the most terrible was the chair-bed, when unfolded, a depression of 5 cm formed, so the three of us slept on the same bed, there was no other choice, and this despite the fact that two thousand rubles were paid for a triple room. Free iron, ironing board and trash bags. There was a nice cafe near the hotel, very nice staff. A good swimming pool on the territory of the main building of Sun City, the children liked it there, but unfortunately it was not in the courtyard of building No. 3, and it takes 5 minutes to walk, there are a lot of people and cars, you won’t let some children go and you won’t leave them alone in the pool, it was big minus. To the sea to go 200 meters. There were witnesses of the case when vacationers arrived and demanded hysterically to return the money for the paid suite. I am writing a review and honestly do not want to remember this hotel. There is no more foot. I wish the owner of the bay to sleep at least one night in his chair, but what’s the night, at least an hour, and then crawl on foot, not by car to the pool and ride down the hill with the breeze.
