My husband and I chose this guest house based on a photo. The "standard double" room in the photo had all the necessary furniture, air conditioning and a TV. The price suited us just fine. Booked a room quickly and easily. Clarified about the transfer from the station upon arrival and departure. Arriving at the railway station in Adler, for a long time they could not find the car that met us, calling the owner back three times. Then he simply explained that parking at the station is paid and therefore we had to run somewhere with bags and look for a car. The guest house turned out to be as beautiful as in the photo, with a pool on the roof of the house. The room, as requested, was given to us on the second floor. The room is also fully consistent with the number in the photo. The room is spacious with great sea views. But that's where all the good ended. For some reason, there was not a single towel in the "standard" room with a bathroom, shower and toilet. Which is very strange! After all, rooms of this level and classification with a shower and toilet provide for the presence of towels. Or should vacationers carry a suitcase with towels a thousand kilometers away? ! After our request for towels, my husband and I brought one towel for two "as an exception". As for the bathroom amenities advertised in the guest house, they certainly were not. There was not even soap or toilet paper. Remnants of previous vacationers lay lonely in the soap dish. That is, after a long journey, having moved into their room, vacationers can neither wash themselves from the road, nor wash their hands, nor use the toilet. They need to drop their bags and run to find a store to buy toilet paper and soap. We certainly did not expect such a "service". After all, we did not move into an "economy" class room, but into a "standard" room. And the owner of the guest house, before advertising, should have known what the number "standard" means. Further. The TV in the room was a small old one hanging on the wall, which we often clung to with our heads. . But this did not bother us as much as the fact that the TV did not work from the remote control, and in order to switch channels, we had to go to the TV and poke at the buttons, as in the last century. The room had large windows with great sea views. But there are no mosquito nets on the windows and therefore the windows had to be kept closed. And the sea itself and the beach turned out to be much further than we were promised. And it was not necessary to go to the beach for 10-15 minutes, as promised, but at least 30 minutes. We are not old people in good health and without small children, but even for us going to the beach was exhausting. We must write the truth about the distance from the beach. After all, there are a lot of hotels and guest houses in Adler, and we could live much closer to the sea. The guest house has a kitchen for self-catering, but to get into it, you have to leave the house and go around the house and go in from the other side. But that didn't bother us either. What was worse was that the kitchen had practically no cooking utensils, there was one frying pan for everyone, one pot for everyone and one kettle that was leaking. So we didn't risk taking it to our room. . It's the little things like that that ruin your vacation. As for the Internet, which we were promised, it almost never worked. Internet access was only possible in the early morning. And in the evening the Internet never worked. But the most terrible was our departure from Adler, which just coincided with the downpour on June 26th. We did not know that traffic in the city could be paralyzed due to a downpour. The owner was supposed to take us to the station at 15:00, but when we left the room with our bags, it turned out that the owner was not at home at all, and to our phone call, he replied that he could not take us because there were traffic jams on the road. He didn't even see fit to tell us about it beforehand. And he simply suggested that we go to the station on foot. We had no other choice. And we, with bags in the pouring rain and knee-deep in water, walked five kilometers to the station. The most terrible thing in this situation is the irresponsibility and indifference of the owner. Which didn't help us. By inviting people to rest in the guest house, the owner takes responsibility for his guests. But the owner of the guest house on White Acacia Street (with a pool on the roof) did not understand this. We do not recommend this holiday to anyone.
