I can only add my own opinion: for the first time I got into this private hotel according to reviews from sites, the reviews were almost only positive and the fact that the Russian owners also liked it. I wrote it off with the hostess - her name is Olga Vasilievna - a miracle little man, but this is a little later. She called back herself, discussed the number of rooms, the price - she chose a room on the site (I wanted with a balcony), she has each room in her own design style, all photos from the site correspond, you can contact directly. At the airport, I was met by a driver from her - we arrived early in the morning, check-in was from 12.00 - but we were settled immediately - the train arrived at 4.00 in the morning, I was with a child - it was great +. The room is excellent, comfortable, everything is new, clean and comfortable (bed, TV, bathroom, air conditioning, refrigerator). On the ground floor there is a kitchen with all utensils and a cozy cafe with tables - you can cook your own meal, which we practically did. There are a lot of cafes and shops nearby, it was not difficult to buy groceries for dinner. the sea is nearby - we walked in swimsuits - 5 minutes, the resort town is a 20-minute walk, if it's hard - minibuses are 5 minutes, and you can already walk back on foot. The second year they were already there, believe me - you will not find such an attitude anywhere. The second time we didn't pay in advance, because she already knew us - and we became very good friends. the attitude towards the guests is excellent - hospitality and understanding, she will tell and show everything - let others learn from her.
