Quite a normal hotel, but its most important advantage is its good location: the railway station is nearby, most minibuses and buses running between Sochi, Imeretinka and Krasnaya Polyana pass by the station. The sea is a few steps away, the beach, of course, is not the most luxurious, but in the beach season it is very useful. Considering that there is only one hotel "Iliad" nearby and a couple of dozen private apartments for rent, the beach, most likely, will not be crowded. Opposite is an unfinished high-rise building, if this is a future hotel, then, apparently, he will miss the next season. Further sanatorium "Adler", he has his own beach.
A little about the "apartments". Outwardly, they are very reminiscent of garage boxes, perhaps once it was so. Now everything is presented in a digestible form, some have extensions up to 3 floors behind. Apparently, the owner of each house independently decorates a piece of the parapet in front of his possessions (see photo)
As for the Kaissa hotel itself, everything is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and smiling. The room was cleaned, towels were changed daily, although it was not required (I didn’t throw it on the floor), I didn’t track the change of bed linen. For some reason, the maid stubbornly ignored dirty glasses, not fatal, of course)))

The rooms are small but comfortable (grumblers like my husband call them tiny), everything you need is available, everything worked. There are several nuances, I will describe, everyone will choose for himself the importance of these "nuances". The hair dryer is set quite high, and the cord is short, it is inconvenient for undersized individuals, especially if you need not just to dry yourself, but to portray something similar to styling))), well, at the last moment, when packing, I threw my hair dryer into my bag, otherwise I would I had to stand up on a chair. There is a little mold at the joints in the shower, and rust on the fittings, but... now, if I had been with the children for a couple of weeks, I would probably have been indignant, otherwise, we only came to spend the night. But sleeping is not very comfortable - the mattresses are falling through, shabby. I'm still nothing, but my husband felt all the springs with his rather big body. For us, the worst thing in the room was the lack of a balcony, no, we don’t smoke, we just like to sit in the evening with a glass of something delicious on the balcony, it seems not on the street, and not indoors. Of course, there is nothing special to contemplate, but still...
There is a small well-groomed territory on one side of the hotel, on the other - the neighboring Iliad. The pool is very tiny, but it is there, although it is unlikely that there is a special need for it during the season, only an extra breeding ground for infections, but in the off-season, it might be nice to take a dip, especially, according to the administrator, heated to 27C, but we and did not use - there was no time. I saw the sign "Children's Club", I did not take an interest in working capacity, because. we didn’t have our “swirling” ones : ), I think that in the season it definitely functions.
Liked the breakfasts. It seemed that the menu changes every three days, scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes and cottage cheese casserole are unchanged. Several salads, two types of cereals, pancakes with meat, pasta, dumplings with potatoes, something else... For my taste, they put too much onion in minced meat. There is "baking of own production" - tasteless. Tea "Greenfield" in bags of several flavors, instant coffee "Jacobs Monarch", granulated sugar from one large sugar bowl. In general, you can have a hearty and tasty breakfast.
Lunch complex, I think, 250 rubles, dinner from 18.00 to 20.00 buffet - 350 rubles. (if not included in the price), after 20.00 - customized menu. I can be wrong in prices, because. have not tried it yourself.
Outcome. This hotel is good, in my opinion, for staying during
business trips, with a dense excursion program, or a combination - an excursion plus an unassuming beach holiday. I wouldn't recommend it for a beach holiday only. Even with the laziest rest, you want to take a walk somewhere, entertain yourself, even more children. For this you have to go already, there are only a couple of cafes and a railway station nearby. On foot to the walking and entertainment areas of Adler, of course, you can walk once, the second - it will already be lazy)))
