Just yesterday we returned from a wonderful hotel - Ecodom-Adler. When we arrived there, we repeatedly heard from those leaving: “I don’t want to leave you! ”. When we had to leave on our own, we experienced the same feeling, although usually by the end of the vacation you want to go home. This time, everything was different.
A pleasant relationship with Ecodom began when we booked a room there and joined their VKontakte group. They helped us to find a number on the Ecodom hotline, VKontakte tried to quickly and informatively answer all our questions on VKontakte, as well as all members of their group. Already on the Internet, one could feel a careful attitude to one's reputation and to the comfort of guests in the Ecohouse.
On the day of arrival, we were met at the station by the driver from this hotel, who quickly took us to the place. We arrived at 7:30 and check-in at 14:00. But the hotel staff did everything for us to check in quickly - at 10.00. we were already in the room and the day was not wasted. Our room was "standard" on the 6th floor with a view of the sea and the mountains. Ecodom-Adler has 3 buildings, very modern, comfortable, with an elevator. Our room was reasonably comfortable and clean. We are always meticulous about cleanliness in the bathroom - we were not disappointed - no mold, no fungus. Somewhere in the reviews I read that the room has an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. It is easily eliminated if the ventilation window is not closed in the bathroom and the fan is turned on. In general, airing the room will never be superfluous. Someone also wrote about poor soundproofing. I can’t agree with this either - we didn’t hear our neighbors at all. They also wrote about cards that are demagnetized - this is true, but I don’t think that this problem can detract from the merits of Ecodom. From myself I can add only 2 wishes - there is not enough basin in the room, in which small things could be washed, and the bin could be bigger, but this is so, trifles. In general, the hotel staff take into account all the wishes of the guests, as far as I understand, because somewhere in the reviews I read that there is not enough cooler on the floor. During our stay, there were already coolers, there was always water in them, because. they were changed on time, and even disposable cups were attached, which is very nice. Someone wrote about unfriendly staff. The question is - how friendly and benevolent are you yourself in this case? Everyone, absolutely everyone met us with a smile, and not on duty, but sincerely. By the end of our vacation, the employees became like family to us and, somehow, relaxing on a sunbed by the pool and looking at the name ecoDOM on the hotel, the thought occurred to me that this hotel really became a HOME for us while we were here, i. e. the name is fully justified. Thank you all very much! Every day was interesting and eventful. The breakfasts were very varied and tasty. Someone wrote that they are monotonous. I can’t agree with this in principle - what kind of monotony can we talk about if you can choose the following dishes for breakfast: vegetable salads, pickled cabbage, cuts (sausage, cheese), casserole, porridge of 2 types (surprised that there is also oatmeal on the water for those who do not want to take milk), scrambled eggs, dumplings (!!! ), all sorts of vegetable fries, pancakes with different fillings, pasta with meat, cookies, juices, tea, coffee, milk. Those. There is food for every taste and appetite. Or does someone at home have breakfast even more varied? I doubt it, to be honest. There was always a lot of food, so this time the guests did not storm the entrance to the dining room, as it was in other hotels where we had a chance to stay before.

The hotel has a large swimming pool (with a paddling pool, jacuzzi) with warm water, in which children splash and adults swim until the evening. Every evening, an Ecohouse employee took a sample of water from the pool, checked it for chemical composition and the degree of pollution. We were touched by this attitude towards the health of the guests. The territory of the Ecohouse itself is visually divided into several parts - the territory behind the hotel, where guests leave their cars. (Here is a wish - it is necessary to make it guarded, because it is constantly open and anyone can go there. I know that in this way guests from other hotels entered the territory of the Ecohouse to swim in the pool). On the very territory of the Ecohouse there are: a fenced playground, a restaurant from the hotel, a swimming pool with sun loungers. Somewhat outraged by the behavior of the guests themselves - many take sunbeds in the morning. putting towels on them. As a result, it often happened that those who wanted to swim had nowhere to put their things, although most of the sunbeds were not occupied by anyone. It would probably be possible to come up with some kind of rule, according to which it would be impossible to simply occupy sunbeds without using either them or the pool.
In the evening it felt like all the guests were one family. Everyone was busy with something of their own and did not cause irritation in others. Children had fun playing together on the playground or dancing to the music that sounds every day in the evenings especially for guests, adults were sitting in a restaurant or on sunbeds by the pool, someone was dancing. It was so fun and cozy that there are simply no words. The only thing is that the music could be more diverse - every day the SAME songs, and, as we noticed, many of them did not like the guests - yes, they are modern, but NOT DANCE! When a song from the 80s and 90s was played, many danced with joy, but as soon as modern pop began to sound, people immediately returned to the place. The girl who organizes musical evenings should still pay attention to the preferences of the guests. To be honest, I got the feeling that she didn’t care that she just mechanically did her job, somehow without a soul and a creative approach. I would also like to note the work of the animators, who throughout the day occupied the children with games and fun - the girls are great!
The sea is close to the Ecohouse. The beach itself is quite narrow and pebbly, and the sea, to be honest, is dirty. Either it is always like this, or it was still the consequences of the flood that occurred in Adler.
Adler itself was also liked by the fact that it is close enough to Sochi and the Olympic Park, in addition, we did not have to drive along an endless serpentine, because. The roads in this area are smooth. When we left, we were taken to the station by the same driver from Ecodom, who, in parting, cordially shook hands with my husband and good-naturedly said goodbye to us. By the end of the vacation, we decided - now we will most likely change our tradition of going to different places every year - for us, Ecodom-Adler is an ideal place where guests are really welcome and treated like family.
