We thought for a long time whether or not to write a review about the hotel, but once again looking at the page and seeing an abundance of enthusiasm, we also decided to check it out. We stayed in August 2016. Two families. Mom, dad, baby, plus grandma and grandpa. They prepared for the rest very, very well in advance, almost two years in advance. We read all the reviews about all the possible places of settlement in this place. Apparently something has changed in the hotel itself, because at the time when we were looking for and studying what was happening in all the hotels in this place, there were an awful lot of bad and very bad reviews about ruined holidays. Having gathered all the will into a fist, having learned by heart all the bad reviews about this hotel, I don’t know why, but the choice fell on them.
They doubted until the last moment, and even when they entered the courtyard for settlement, they were mentally prepared for anything. And yet we were pleasantly surprised by everything that awaited us, etc. Yes, everything was wonderful and our windows overlooked the railway and the beach, and so, in many reviews, people condemned that there was noise and din around the clock and trains run back and forth every fifteen minutes. So, we never seemed to live near the “piece of iron”, and now we are sure that everything that they wrote bad about the noise of the din and the railway is a lie. None of this is heard, but if it is heard, then it is tolerable and does not create discomfort.
The rooms are air-conditioned, clean and comfortable, etc. .

A separate song about the dining room. We will be adequate, but again, perhaps next year it will be better and different, but this cuisine did not suit us, exactly at the time when we were. And that's why. The food is not ready, it is prepared immediately after your order, perhaps something is not fried, not boiled, etc. You will notice this first when the stomachs start to hurt, then on the potty. Once again, I note that it was at a time when we were resting, and perhaps only touched us. I would like to note that the owners of the hotel are very seriously watching what is happening in their hotel and, first of all, they think about people, so that everyone would be fine. Perhaps, for this reason, the owners did not obsessively notice and traced our departure from the feeding point to the neighbors, as well as the departure of a couple more families of vacationers. Once again, I note that we have no complaints about this hotel regarding feeding, perhaps our weak, unprepared bellies simply did not cope with the task. Moreover, they are more than sure that, since the owners keep their finger on the pulse, it has certainly become or will become even better there, etc.
The maids wash and wash everything from morning to evening, but in order to come to us, we had to pull them for a couple of days, but, nothing terrible, after all, there are almost 200 people in the hotel. We will return to this figure. Special thanks to Samvel for the delivery to the hotel, so quickly that we did not realize that we had already arrived.

Upon check-in, we were promised that on the day of departure it would be possible to sit after 12-00 for a couple of hours before the train, which was at 16-30. And on the day of departure, without suspecting anything, we went to the beach, since it is nearby. We returned at 11-00 and thought to calmly gather and suddenly the maid comes running with the words at 12-00 I need to wash the room and you should not be here. To put it mildly, stunned, we went to Elena, and she was there with the hostess, we just told her, and what was happening, we agreed. You put some kind of note there, asked you if you need to pay extra, you said you don’t need anything, everything will be fine, but now they are kicking us out, etc. And that's what surprised me: looking straight into her eyes, Elena says that we invented everything and there was no such thing at all, my wife and I looked at each other and say, we are four witnesses to your words, why are you? And Elena says that there are 200 of you here and she is not obliged to remember what and with whom she is talking. The most frustrating thing was that this was all in the presence of Galina Alekseevna and she did not react in any way in favor of the clients. And Elena had no notes. And we, frustrated, dragged ourselves to tell the unsuspecting grandmother and grandfather that in half an hour they and we need to vacate the rooms. And we, like fools, were forced to sit with all the suitcases in the yard on a bench for more than two hours waiting for a pre-ordered taxi.
But even here we understand them perfectly! There is nothing more important than money and how to earn it. The next client is on the way to the previous one, get out! We are something, but it’s a pity for the grandmother and grandfather, they baked in the heat so that they crawled into the train a little alive, but satisfied with the rest!
And in spite of everything that was said above, we all really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Perhaps, of course, some points require serious study, but in general, everything is very good! Moreover, the owners see and monitor what and how works in their resort service.
The service is developing, the staff is improving, the most important thing is that it is in this hotel that they do not stand still.
P. S. Here, at the family council, everyone wants to go to this hotel again, but I think, what if we arrive, and Elena looks into the magazine again and looking into her eyes says you’re not here, you didn’t book anything and didn’t send money, and then what to do? Scary!!!
I don’t tell my relatives yet……I think I will, if we go, when we get off the train there, it will be a good joke!
