I want to share my failed vacation in our beautiful Motherland in Adler, in particular, the "type" Hotel Apartments 12 Adler at Lenina Street 221/6, Adler, Russia, and the site where I found this hotel on www. booking. com - this site is a SCAM with beautiful pictures and completely incompetent who does not verify the information he posts!! ! to attract apparently fools like me : ) At first everything was decent, I chose a hotel for the price, proximity to the sea, because we are traveling with a child, booked for the date I need from June 20 to July 1.

If you change your mind, cancel your booking (14 working days in advance) or earlier.

I wrote to her, they thanked me and said that they were looking forward to it : ) Then on May 14, due to acute family circumstances, I had to basically abandon the trip, return the plane tickets (by the way, the money was returned within 3 days in full), and of course but I wrote to Ksenia that I was canceling the reservation for a serious reason and that I was asking for a refund of my prepayment (refused more than a month in advance), to which I received an answer that: “Yes, we will refund, but next week”, more than a week has passed. I am writing to the e-mail of this Xenia, "where is my money? " Complete silence, I wrote 2 complaints about this hotel on the website www. booking. com that they did not return my prepayment, there was also complete silence from the customer support service. In general, ladies and gentlemen, DO NOT CONTACT THE SITE www. booking. com AND CITIZEN Kilyan Ksenia from Adler, these are scammers and completely shameless people, they are professionals in only one thing, how to deceive ordinary people!! !
