The hotel is now called Rina Sinaia 4*. We have just returned. Vacationing with my granddaughter. All liked it. Everything. Design, amenities, swimming pool, jacuzzi, breakfast, view from the balcony (6th floor corner), new furniture, spacious room has everything - kettle, tea, coffee, cool TV, wine as a gift from the hotel, bathrobe and slippers (comfortable to walk in swimming pool), the restaurant cooks well (we took a buffet dinner, it costs 45 RON).

We had such a good rest! And what air in Sinai! . .
In front of the hotel there is a stop of the red small train Funtrain (ticket 10 RON). To the left of the hotel is the Dimitrie Ghica park, there is a lot of entertainment, especially for children, and for adults as well (walking along the alleys, casinos . . )

The hotel is located in the center of the resort, on the main street. Pretty big building. Hall, reception, rooms, very neat. Of course, if you look closely, you can see that the hotel is a Soviet version, but it has been renovated, which smooths it out... The rooms are warm, cozy and have everything you need.

We only had buffet breakfast. The breakfast dishes were quite varied, there were salads, and all sorts of cuts, and desserts, and what was especially surprising was orange juice (which is generally rare for 3 * hotels)

I really liked the clean pleasant rooms, I was back in 2011, after that I could not go. The food was great, the view was amazing! In general, everything is very good! I liked the hotel! Who is not embarrassed by a large number of rooms and I advise everyone to people! Who wants peace and quiet, I advise you to look among private hotels!.

In May, you don’t sit in a hotel, everything is drawn to nature. Therefore, we only slept in our room. What can I say, the town is small, mountainous, very elegant in spring. Everywhere there was a lot of greenery and flowers. Beautiful! As for the hotel, everything suited us. I was especially pleased with the location of the hotel, near the main road, next to the funicular up the mountain (which, of course, is much more convenient in winter).

As for the hotel, everything suited us. I was especially pleased with the location of the hotel, near the main road, next to the funicular up the mountain (which, of course, is much more convenient in winter). Immediately behind the hotel, a park begins, through which you can walk to the monastery in just 5-10 minutes. Again, it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the monastery to the palace and also through the park. The town is very green!
Near the hotel there are many different shops, including a very budget market. Under the hotel there is a large parking lot, free of charge for guests. In general, the hotel is located in the very center of the city. The train station is also 10 minutes from the hotel.
Rooms. Spacious, clean, cleaned daily. There was a small fridge in the room and a TV. There was no air conditioning. The bathroom is normal - everything worked, there was water ; -)
The hotel is not new, respectively, the situation has also seen life, but everything is working. Although the design could be updated.
Nutrition. Buffet. The choice is quite large, there were many different dishes, and meat, and flour, and vegetables, and dairy. There were fresh vegetables and fruits daily. Tasty. But the daily morning menu is the same, albeit extensive. Didn't have to eat.
As far as I know this is one of the cheapest hotels in Sinai. In my opinion, a decent hotel for the money.

Great hotel, service and food! There is nothing to complain about, especially considering its 3 stars and comparing with the same 3 stars in Bulgaria! The room is small, but cozy, clean, comfortable, everything is provided to the smallest detail!

I don't know who writes hotel reviews (perhaps the hotels themselves). But a vacation in Romania can hardly be called a vacation, rather an extreme one. Skiing is terrible, the prices for skiing are very high (30 Euro per day). Room service is 0, the mini bar smells like someone buried there. Garbage from the rooms may not be taken out for 4 days, the dust is not wiped at all.

And the most interesting thing is that the hotel administration does not bear any responsibility for things left in the hotel, as well as in the storage room. Skis are forced to be put in a storage room (it’s not a fact that you will find it later). My skis were ruined. Someone could not find their skis at all.
Romania SUCKS. And rest is the same
In the sauna as in a minibus at rush hour. (common)
Security at the highest level : ))), absolutely any guest of the hotel can take a card from the room. To do this, he only needs to call the room number. In this case, no one will even ask the name of the person living in this room.

We stayed at the same hotel at the same time. It is not clear what exactly is extreme? The hotel fully complies with the 3* category. Cleaned daily, no complaints. If you hang a "do not disturb" sign on the door, then naturally they will not clean your place. "prices are too high" - this is if you were told one price, but they took more from you.

Did you pay more than the ticket price advertised at the box office? As for the storage of skis, I agree here, but it was not the Romanians who spoiled your skis, but their fellow countrymen. What can be blamed on the Romanians? It is not customary to take someone else's skis from them... Those who ruined your skis came from the same country as you. Culture. . . In principle, you can choose a hotel of a higher category. Did you choose which is cheaper? And blame the whole of Romania.
