Stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to Bulgaria. Great option. Despite its declared 3 * hotel can give odds to many budget hotels in Turkey or Egypt. The rooms are in excellent condition. The plumbing is all new. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Breakfast - buffet. Quite abundant. The hotel has free secure parking for cars (inner courtyard). The cost of a double room (standard) is 225 lei. Two-room suite (for four) - 295 lei. The same prices are on the hotel website www. hotel magnus. ro. I looked through "booking" - it turned out to be more expensive. When we checked in, we took 4 standards and 2 suites for our large company (4 families - 18 people). We also got a 15% discount on standards. Of course, we wanted 4 suites (it’s more profitable), but there are only 2 free ones left. The rooms have a minibar with drinks (beer, fanta, etc. ) - this is already included in the room price. In other words - a free minibar. The hotel staff speaks fluent English. Our school knowledge was enough for the booking. At breakfast when we are all 18 people. we went in for a bite to eat - not only the waitress had round eyes, but also a few visitors. You can see 18 people at the same time too much for them : ) The hotel is located on the ring of the highway leading through the city of Galati towards the city of Braila. A navigator leads along this road (street), so it is difficult to pass by. Near the hotel (to the right of the exit 5-10 meters) there are ATMs, from which it is convenient to withdraw local currency for fares: on the autobahn (bridges across the Danube) - 13 lei or for a ferry across the Danube - 21 lei. The photo on the hotel website corresponds to 100%. I recommend the hotel both for transit tourists and for those who want to get acquainted with the sights of Galati.
