At the check-in desk, upon arrival, we were told that our room was already ready especially for us and they gave us plastic room keys - they were enclosed in a worn, crumpled insert with the name of the hotel. Moreover, one key did not work, and dirty tape was stuck on the other! Entering the room on the 2nd floor, we saw a completely broken closet! One door was broken and would not open, while the other had a broken mirror.

Entering the room on the 2nd floor, we saw a completely broken closet! One door was broken and would not open, while the other had a broken mirror. The carpet in the room was dirty and stubborn stains, there were a lot of cobwebs behind the curtains. Entering the bathroom, we found a very dirty sink - it was all smeared with some indelible substance! The ceiling in the bathroom had a big crack.
But most importantly - it was DIRTY bed linen! It was not the first freshness and it was all in dirty spots and red drops! It was complete horror! When changing linen, the hotel staff said that the washing machine was to blame! ? It's just some bullshit! And to the question: Why is the closet broken and its doors broken, and incomprehensible dirt adhering to the sink! - The hotel staff said it was ruined by the previous man who lived before us!?
Conclusion: the Salis Hotel & Medical Spa is a dirty and smelly dump!
