The hotel was selected by the tour operator. Good choice! Good location literally a step away from the subway descent. Spacious rooms. I lived on the top floor, so the windows had a good view. The breakfasts are great. For every taste. I especially liked the bagels with jam. The coffee is good. I sometimes had difficulties with Wi-Fi in my room, I had to go down to the hall, but it’s quite comfortable there.

rested at the end of March on the Sunny Portugal tour. First, about the good - a great reception by the manager Olga, many thanks to Elena as a guide who accompanied us on the tour and in Porto. I would like to note the excellent knowledge of Portugal, a good attitude towards tourists, readiness to help with advice, share their love for the country.

I would like to note the excellent knowledge of Portugal, a good attitude towards tourists, readiness to help with advice, share their love for the country. Now the negative sides - the 4-star hotel was on the outskirts and barely pulled on 3, shabby furniture, a closed refrigerator with a lock (it was especially unpleasant when we arrived in Lisbon and checked in at one in the morning, there was nowhere to even get water, there was no telephone directory in the room too). And most importantly, the guide Nina is just awful, she doesn’t tell anything, for example, she brought us to Obidos, brought us to the wall, said that you can walk on it and fall and gave free time 15 minutes (it was enough to get back on the bus). We didn't even understand why we were there. The first two days spent with her were simply lost and even a desire to fly home appeared. . We didn’t learn anything about Lisbon from her, we didn’t visit the main attraction of the Jeronimos Monastery, she drove us around the park for half a day and showed only the Cathedral. The second day was spent riding a bus between the cities of Obidos - Batalia - Alcobaza - Tomar and a complete lack of information, continuous races, upon arrival Nina gave a meager speech for 5 minutes, then free time for 10-15 minutes and again the bus. And only thanks to the change of the guide we got positive emotions, although there is no desire to visit Portugal again, especially with your company. And I will advise my colleagues and friends to choose others, otherwise they will fall on Nina.
