guide in Sharm - rating - UNSATISFACTORY
For the second year in a row we buy a tour through TEZ. We are very satisfied with the Moscow operators. All expectations and promises were justified: the choice of the room, the set of rooms, and the sea view. Excellent accompaniment to and from the hotel. But the TEZA guide at the GRAND SHARM RESORT hotel left a very bad impression, a new one: Poinciana Sharm Resort, which was supposed to accompany us at the hotel.
