Feedback on a ski tour to Austria through SAGA.UA
I will briefly tell this unpleasant story. Before making an advance payment for the tour, I asked the SAGA travel agency several times whether they would return the money to me in case of refusal of a visa to the Austrian embassy. They answered yes, they will. When I had already deposited part of the money, and it was time to deposit the entire amount, it turned out that the conditions had changed.
