The city met us with peace, silence, clean air and the smell of fading autumn leaves.
We arrived in Karlovy Vary on October 9 in the early morning from Prague airport (we arrived in 1.5 hours). The city met us with peace, silence, clean air and the smell of withering autumn leaves, which did not leave us during the entire stay (until October 15) in this fabulous and cozy, kind of native place. Hotel "Palacki" is located in an old, very beautiful building in a convenient location, where it is close to everything: from colonnades with sources of healing Karlovy Vary water, shops, a bus stop of the city bus, on which we got to the Lower Station, from where we traveled for 1 day to Prague (2 hours drive to the Florenc station in Prague) .
