Incompetent bastards!!!
Ordered a Greek visa. Guaranteed to return the passport in a maximum of a week. I needed a visa urgently, so I turned to this agency. I ordered tickets. I'm calling in a week. There was no one in the office who knew about my passport. I contacted the director. She said that my passport would definitely be ready in another week. I already lost on tickets.
