After a two-story 4-room apartment, "stuffed" with all sorts of appliances, in Lviv for 600 UAH. (with a free breakfast in the hotel "Old Krakow" for 2 people) the cost of a simple and small 2-room apartment for a family in the PH Club is 560 UAH.
