This company is cheating tourists.
We bought a tour with an early booking promotion in February. On September 2, a week before departure, they wrote to us that the trip was canceled due to overbooking. The manager suggested replacement hotels. We agreed. The manager is gone. On September 5, we were sent a letter of guarantee, according to which they promised to return the money by September 17.
