Food is terrible, staff is rude

Egypt › Sharm el-Sheikh › Sharm Plaza Hotel 5*

Rested with family in this hotel from 22 to 29 December. This was our worst holiday in Egypt. The hotel itself is beautiful, located in a beautiful location. But, the staff in the restaurants of this hotel crosses out all the charms of the hotel.
