We rested with the same group in Vietnam from 26.04-8.05 2012. Not only did Azbuka cancel the scheduled flight on April 21, but it also did not find it necessary to notify us of this. We didn’t sleep all night, we were waiting for tickets to the post office, (managers didn’t answer the phones) - after 10 am next. day (departure was at 14) it turned out that there was no departure - the intelligible reasons have not yet been announced.
