Early booking
We booked a tour to Bansko before booking, but a month before departure we were told that they could not provide an early ordered service (rest 10 days) and offered 7 or 14 with an additional charge, we decided to pay extra for 14 days after 1.5 weeks, they again said that 14 days they can’t then we refused at all, but the payment was in euros and returned in UAH at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
