A good travel agency, but its representatives in Egypt completely spoil the rest
We chose this company because we stayed at the jaz fanara resort & residence in Sharm el-Sheikh, and from Ukraine, people are sent to this hotel only from Anex. Paperwork in Ukraine was excellent, everything was fast and of high quality, there were no problems with the flight either, all flights were on time. But in Egypt, we faced the other side of the coin: 1.

Nice hotel but internet problems
We chose this hotel on the advice of the tour operator and other reviews of vacationers, because it is located in a calm bay and it was very comfortable and warm to swim on the beach.
